Spa Policy
Please allow for 15 min before your appointment upon arrival.
Out of courtesy for our specialists please give 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel. We regret that we must charge 50% of the booked service for missed appointments.
Attire
A robe and sandals will be provided for all body treatments. Massages may be done with or without undergarments at your level of comfort. Our MELT Specialist will ensure you are appropriately draped at all times.
Gratuity
If you have received great service a gratuity of 15-20% of the service value would be greatly appreciated by your MELT Specialist.
